Service Agreement

  • All services provided by adszura.com are subject to the terms outlined in this agreement and any additional contract terms where applicable.

  • Service scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in individual service contracts or proposals provided before work commences.

Payment Terms

  • Payments for services are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur a 5% surcharge for every 30 days overdue.

  • Subscription services must be paid upfront at the start of each billing cycle.

Client Obligations

  • Clients must provide access to necessary accounts, documents, and other resources in a timely manner.

  • Failure to provide requested materials on time may result in project delays, for which adszura.com will not be held liable.

Service Delivery

  • Ads Zura aims to deliver high-quality services within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Clients will be notified promptly of any anticipated delays, and alternative timelines may be discussed.

Revisions & Amendments

  • Minor revisions to digital marketing materials, designs, or strategies are included in most service packages.

  • Major revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional costs.

Service Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.

  • In the case of termination, adszura.com reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the termination date.

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by adszura.com for the client (including designs, content, and strategies) remains the property of adszura.com until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, except for any third-party licenses.

Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the service period, including strategies, trade secrets, and business plans.

  • Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

  • Ads Zura is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

  • In cases of negligence or failure to perform services as agreed, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States for USA clients and the United Kingdom for UK clients.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation or in a competent court within the respective country’s jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

  • Ads Zura reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through updates on our website.
