USA Refund Policy

Digital Services

  • Refunds are generally not available for digital marketing services once work has commenced.

  • For prepaid services (e.g., monthly retainers), clients may cancel within 7 days of payment to receive a partial refund based on the work completed.

  • No refunds are provided after 30 days from the start date of any service.

Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions for recurring services can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only apply to the unused portion of the subscription.

  • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.

Website and App Development

  • Once design and development begin, refunds are only provided for unapproved phases of the project.

  • Cancellations after final approval stages will not qualify for refunds.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may be issued in cases where service delivery is proven to be significantly below agreed terms, at the discretion of adszura.com.

UK Refund Policy

Digital Services

  • UK consumer law states that digital services are non-refundable once they have been supplied and work has started, unless agreed otherwise.

  • If services are delayed or fail to meet outlined expectations, a partial refund may be considered.

Subscription Services

  • For ongoing subscription services, a pro-rata refund will be provided for the unused portion if cancellation occurs before the next billing cycle.

Website and App Development

  • For fixed-fee projects, refunds are only provided if cancellation occurs before 50% completion.

  • If significant design or development work has been completed, a refund will only be issued for incomplete stages.

Statutory Rights

  • UK clients are entitled to their statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for refunds or compensation related to service failure.
